Next take a stroll down St. George street or get lost on one of the quaint back streets and discover something that - has always been there. Walk back to the inn and enjoy a nap or read a book on the swing, if your lucky there might even be an afternoon rain.
Take a drive out to
Anastasia State Park for the "Low Tide Beach Ride" with a park ranger and enjoy bird watching on a 3 1/2 mile ride to the North end of the beach. It starts at 5 p.m. and bike rentals are available at Island Joe's Pavillion within the park or bring your own or borrow the Inn's bikes. Enjoy the party-like atmosphere during "Uptown Saturday Night" in the San Marco shopping district between Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum and the Mission of Nombre de Dios. Galleries, antique stores and unique shops will be open from 5-9 p.m. Meet the artists, have a book signed and enjoy live music and refreshments.
