Weekend Getaway in St Augustine - Halloween Tours

Halloween Tours are going to be hopping, so plan early for your weekend getaway in St Augustine.  With over a dozen different tours to chose from we would like to recommend a few of our favorites:

Following the Annual Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast Halloween Party on Saturday night, the guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a private horse driven trolley down nearly 450 year old streets in St. Augustine with Ghostly Gatherings.  We enjoy this tour for the opportunity to enjoy a quaint carriage ride in St Augustine and then combining it with stories of spirits and murders from the old city's past.

The Sheriff's Ghost Walk Tour is a 90 minute walk along the streets of St. Augustine on the North  end of the Historic District and takes tour goers past the Tolomato and Huguenot Cemeteries.  The Dead Sheriff mixes the tour with stories of ghosts and History of this ancient city.

Ghostly Experience has been featured on the Discovery and the Travel Channel and was voted the #1 guided tour in Florida by Florida Living Magazine.  The tour guides, dressed in period costume, will light your way with their lantern through the ancient strange and unusual tales of centuries past, legendary stories, folk lore and ghostly experiences.  This family friendly tour saunters through the streets of St. Augustine and tours occur every night of the week.

While traveling in Florida for this Halloween weekend, play it safe and stay nearby.  For a better way to stay, chose the Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast.
