National Geographic has selected St Augustine's "Nights of Lights" as one of the top ten places in the world to see Holiday lights for winter travel. St. Augustine was recognized along with world tourism destinations, such as Madrid, Hong Kong and Copenhagen. St Augustine and Callaway Gardens, GA where the only two US destinations selected.
The St Augustine's 144-square block downtown historic district twinkles with more than 2 million tiny white lights and the visitors continue to flock to the area to see them. The "Nights of Lights" will continue through to the end of January and is the perfect place to stay to observe the lights. Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast is the better way to stay for the Holidays
