Grand Illumination is the Holiday Event of the Year
If you have never been to St. Augustine for the Holidays, this is hands down the best weekend to travel here. Grand Illumination weekend brings British reenactors from all over the world for this event and the candlelight parade up and down St. George Street. Join the festivities as St. Augustine ceremoniously brings in the Holiday season. There will be a British encampment in town along with a mercantile market. The Annual Christmas Parade will be Saturday Morning, with a street side view from the veranda of Carriage Way Bed and Breakfast.
